Our Work
We’re a web agency that also runs three real businesses. Everything we sell, we built first for ourselves — and it’s all still running.
WTF Towing — live dispatch board & driver app
A towing company dispatching from a spreadsheet and a group text. Drivers didn’t know who had which call; dispatch didn’t know where the trucks were.
What we built: a wall-screen dispatch board fed by the trucks’ GPS and the drivers’ phones, a phone driver app with one-tap navigation, automatic “check on” flags when a truck is parked but the driver’s phone has wandered off, late-to-work and off-shift logic, and SMS from the board.
- Every truck, driver and call on one screen, refreshed in seconds
- Dispatcher sees parked time and distance before the customer calls to ask
- Runs on a small box in the office, mirrored behind Cloudflare
- Built with Python and plain HTML — no per-seat licences
EM Audio — a WooCommerce store that works as hard as the shop
A subwoofer and recone-kit manufacturer selling direct, with a sister dealer site on Shopify sharing the same stock.
What we built: a custom theme replacing a page-builder, Amazon-style live search, pre-orders with ship dates, abandoned-cart recovery with branded emails and option-aware cart restore, size-based “install it for me” add-ons on every kit, Postmark email, GA4, and a shipping board that pulls orders from both stores.
- Carts recovered automatically, with a 49-hour follow-up
- Dealer and retail stock never disagree
- Sub options survive the trip from email link to cart
- Every tool is a plugin we wrote — several are now free downloads
Advanced Electric — dealer site and inventory dashboard
A battery brand selling to dealers at tiered pricing, with retail on a separate site.
What we built: a Shopify dealer storefront, a private dashboard showing live stock, costs and what’s selling, two-way inventory sync with the retail store, and product pages built from spec sheets.
- Dealers order from live stock; nothing oversold
- Owner sees margin per product without opening a spreadsheet
- New products listed on both stores from one brochure
Acadiana Mini Splits — a site that delivers leads
A mini-split installer whose contact form needed to land in the sales inbox every time, and whose only “analytics” was a hunch.
What we did: Postmark transactional email with logged delivery for every quote request, GA4 with staff traffic filtered, honeypot spam protection, and Google review embedding.
- Every quote request logged with a delivery receipt
- Spam bots blocked without annoying customers with captchas
- Owner can see which pages actually produce calls
